Shane & Rose are two of the most kick back people Ive met. They took me to one of their favorite spots in Beachland Auckland for their engagement session. These two are freaking awesome and I cant wait to shoot their Auckland wedding in October.
Renée is one of those people who will get along well with anyone she meets. I had the opportunity to work with her on a style shoot early this year and it was later featured in the summer issue of the Bride and Groom magazine. I was super stoked when she approached me about shooting her wedding and I couldn't resist, as I knew it was going to be a good one. Aaron & Renee are two of the sweetest people I've met in a long time. Their wedding was set in their beautiful family home backyard, with families and close friends to witness them tie the knot. I couldn't have been more honoured to document their special day! Enjoy!
You may remember these two from their epic engagement I shot last year at Hunua Falls. I had the oppourtunity to document their special day at this beautiful place again. Vincent and Justine's day was nothing short of awesome, from the ceremony to the reception. They brought together the people that mattered most, to witness them tying the knot. The lovely couple had their ceremony in both English and French, paying homage to Vincent's French family. It was a day full of love and laughter, and I'll let the images speak for themselves. Enjoy!
Justin and Ellie went out of their way, when they created the most wonderfully intimate and beautiful celebration of their life. Getting hitched on the 18th of Jan 2018, at the stunning Rosebud & Honeysuckle Cottage in the spectacular outdoor setting, with only their closest family members in attendance. Their vows had much more of an emotional and moving effect. A big wedding was not their intention. Small and intimate carries true meaning for them. The ceremony was amazing and luckily the weather wasn't bad. Followed by an afternoon tea, we spent the rest of the day walking along Karekare beach for some epic photos. I just love how relaxed they made the day, not only for them, but everyone in attendance. Thank you for giving me the honour of capturing your special day.
It’s crazy to think that I went from a Physiotherapy patient of Irvina’s to her wedding photographer a few years later, having often chatted about her wedding and my photography. Luke and Irvina married at the Coatesville Settles Hall; a beautiful venue for an equally beautiful couple. This was followed by an epic time out at the Bethels Beach sand dunes. I was stoked that Jess from Jess McGhie Photgrapher was able to join me in documenting their special day. Enjoy!
When i first met Gen and Nia, I knew their wedding was going to be epic, because they were stylish like I'd never seen before. Their wedding was nothing but amazing and I was lucky enough to capture these special moments for them. The wedding was in Gen's family backyard with their families and friends around to witness them tying the knot. Something special that stuck with me, was that when asking Lavinia who designed her beautiful dress, she replied with "I did". Later in the evening I learned that she is an award winning fashion designer and her wedding dress definitely portrayed that. Also their wedding was featured on My Kiwi Wedding.
So grab a coffee, sit back and take a moment to check out their epic wedding below.
No words can describe how rad these humans are. Vince and Justine are two of the sweetest people I've ever met. We spent the day relaxing at their home, then drove an hour out of town to the destination of their 2018 wedding, the beautiful Hunua Falls. I cannot wait to shoot their wedding. Vince & Justine. Enjoy!
Jamie and Courtney's wedding was nothing short of magical. They're super down to earth people, who know what love is all about. I was lucky enough to capture these special moments for them. Their wedding was chill, intimate, and beautiful. And did I mention that Courtney is an amazing singer? I’ll let the images speak for themselves. Also, a huge thanks to my friend Fay Carey photography for her help and hard work on the day. Enjoy!
I usually don't shoot this kind of work but I thought why not give it a try, so I reached out to my good buddy Austin and his fiance Azria for a maternity shoot, who is due in a couple weeks time. They are super awesome and I was stoked they followed through with my crazy ideas, although I was kind of worried something might happen on the day, but thankfully it didn't. We took a drive out to the beautiful Piha beach and were gladly greeted with amazing sunlight. As usual Piha provided the goods. Scroll down to see for yourself. Congratulations, friends, I know you are both going to be awesome parents.
Warren & Eireen approached me for their wedding two years ago and without any hesitation I agreed, as it would be my first ever international wedding. I was super stoked about shooting their wedding in Brisbane, Australia. Even though I grew up in Australia, I've only ever been to Brisbane a couple of times so I was excited to be part of their special day. It was not your ordinary, black suit, black tie kind of wedding as the groom and his groomsmen wore their "Barongs", an embroidered formal shirt and something that is considered the national dress of the Philippines, especially at weddings. Warren and Eireen's ceremony is probably one of the coolest wedding's I've got to be apart of this year, so I want to thank them for letting me document these special moments for them. Also, check out the church :)

Sam and Madina were two of my favourite clients to work with this year. Their wedding wasn't a tradditional affair as it was held in the heart of the city at one of Auckland's proclaimed clubs, Roxy. This provided me with a different atmosphere that pushed the boundaries of the weddings I was accustomed too. The overall vibe made capturing their special day a highly enjoyable experience, one that I hope translates through the photos from the event. Enjoy.
Luke & Ibanez are the most down to earth people I've met. I met Luke back in our dancing days and a couple of years later he approached me to photograph their wedding. Without hesitation I said yes. The weather didn't play its part but the day still turned out beautifully with family and friends by their side. Thank you for letting me capture your love and happiness.

Mark and Hayley were married Saturday March 5th, 2016 at the serene and ever so tranquil, Huia Settlers Museum. The sun was shining, the water was calm and there was not a cloud in sight, A perfect day for a wedding.
The bridesmaids were dressed in simple, yet elegant white dresses. The bride to be wore a designer floral dress that was not your traditional white wedding dress, but sophisticated and delicate. The groomsmen were dressed to the occasion and the groom polished up nicely.
Family and friends were all gathered to celebrate, drink, laugh, eat and enjoy what turned out to be a spectacular day. There were tears of happiness, drinks flowing, plenty of delicious food to be eaten, numerous pies for dessert to be shared and the sounds of music and laughter filled the air.
Go on their journey with them as you enjoy the photos from their special day...
